We have a client that doesn't have the send to: Mail recipitent (as attachment) option in her file menu. We have tried this site,

we have tried going and clicking on it in tools option general and alas no avail. Does anyone ahve any suggestions?

hi
have you tried accessing the menu options by right clicking on the toolbar space?
right click anywhere on the toolbar space, and you will see a huge list of viewable toolbars come up. right at the bottom of the list there is an option that says "Customize". you will see a window comes up with three tabs. click on the central tab that says "commands"
then again you will see two list boxes. the one on the left shows you "File...Edit...Tools..etc"....the one on the right shows you the available menu options for each of them. click on File on your left. you will see the list box on the right changes to show all the available options you can put on the file menu. scroll down to reach all the options that start with the alphabet "S". if you see the "Send To" options, then click on them and drag them to the toolbar or menu you want it to appear on. for instance, if you can locate the "Send To (Mail Recipient)" then click and drag it towards your "File" menu. you will see the menu drops down to show its full length. then you can place it wherever you want it to appear on the "File" menu.
hope this helps

HI,
Are you referring to the Office tools.. or any file in general..
If it is a file.. just make sure the Mail recipient shortcut is added to the Send To folder for the user in question...

Come across this artical which talks about Excel. Point 2 may be worth a look at;
www.rondebruin.nl/mail/problems.htm
Also, i have read that in some instancies, doing a repair of your Office Installation may also work ? If you go to help in word, you should see a Detect & Repair option (well i do in Windows 2003).
Cheers
