Screen shakes, vibrate

Hi,

A user complained that his PC is not working well so I went to see what is wrong and I noticed that the screen (the image) is shaking and vibrates then after a few minutes it turned off (LEDs on the tower still on) and I unpluged the power cable then I plug it back to work again.
I checked if there is any new device that may makes interference but nothing was new there, and the PC was working fine last 5 months, I replaced the screen but it was the same (so the problem is not from the screen) also I changed the DB 15 monitor cable and still same, anyone have an idea what is wrong?

Looks like the video card. Is it on-board or a plug in card?

It is plug in card.

Have you tried replacing it or at least checking that it is properly seated?

Yep. Sounds like a video card problem to me.
