You tube resource page. was created by Nevins
I don't know if anyone else uses you tube when they are tired of reading but I was thinking we should get a resource thread going for anything from configuration to concepts. I'll get us started. (please no pirated or copy infringing material there is enough public use material out there)
(also for ease of use I will converge all into this top entry)
Exam Objectives (non-video requires login to cisco):
Recommended Path:
640-822 ICND1 (Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1)
640-816 ICND2 (Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 2)
640-802 CCNA® EXAM
Note: CCNP/CCIE not entered because they are currently beyond the scope of "basic concepts" if this gets built up enough I'll add them in.
Master lists:
History of the Internet
General Learning (20+ hours of video)
Inner-layer processes:
Data Encapsulation
Layer 1 (Physical/Network access):
Overview:
Physical Layer Overview
Process Related(encoding/signaling):

Ethernet messaging:
ARP
Switch Related:
STP(Spanning Tree Protocol)
STP(Spanning Tree Protocol flash demo)

Cisco Password Recovery - 2500 Router
Cisco Router - Back up Your Startup Config to TFTP
Cool:
RJ45 Tool-less connector
GAME/QUIZLET (non-braindump):
Cisco Arcade (May require login)
Cisco ICND1&2 Mini quizes (May require login; does not contain actual test questions.)
Subnet Question Generator
Tool:
Website tool:
Subnet Calculator
Online Router Sim (free requires login)
Software:
GNS Network Simulator (Requires user to supply images) <click here for video help installing>
Wire Shark Packet Sniffer
Solarwinds TFTP SERVER
Network Operating Kit: (actually I think this should get it's own page)
5-in-1 network admin's cable
LABS:
101 Free labs
Zer0foo's cisco-labs
UPDATE: I've added some new content in as time passes I'll code each video to identify what exam objectives are being covered. Also for the admins keep note that I'm just trying to put resources into one area, I'm not a promotional bot but other sites do have good resources. If I add any objectionable content just let me know and I'll take it down.

Great idea Nevins Ya, I love it when I find some thing video explained. Good links.
BTW, The links didn't work for me until I removed the forward slash '/' at the end of each URL. Not sure why.

I'll error check them now. When I first started doing this I was a bit tired.
Edit: Should be good now I basically just mixed up URLs for playlists and individual videos.
Yeah I like it when I can actually see the bits it makes all the difference. Especially when your talking about concepts like STP it helps to SEE why some things are done the way they are. Personally I'm still looking for some really good Ethernet video that explains transmit and receive between devices and the logic behind crossover/straight-through cables as well as basic overviews for each of the layers. You tube has a lot but it's still missing a lot too.

This page looks kind of ugly now. I might have to start work on it again.
