VPN Timeout.....ASA5505 was created by timparker
I have a new problem now, I have one of my users that is trying to get and stay connected to our new Cisco equipment. She "disconnects" after anywhere from 3-5 minutes. The location she is in, is the local County courthouse and I am working with their IT guy and both of us are currently scratching our heads......
I can connect with my laptop and work just fine, I have used her laptop and connected just fine. I have used my VPN log in and also used hers.
She is connecting and not doing anything with today's tests and the connection would drop. I can't seem to find any inactivity timeouts that would cause this kind of behavior.
What am I missing?!?!
TIA.

I have seen it with WatchGuard if the Windows Firewall is enabled. The IKE keep alive messages can sometimes get blocked.
